Eleven daughters and sons of Norlux team members joined us for most of the day on April 28th. The day was designed to expose these boys and girls to what their parent does during the work day, show them the value of their education, help them discover the power and possibilities associated with a balanced work and family life, and provided them with hands on activities to help them explore future opportunities at work, at home, and in their community.
They participated in ice breaker activities, watched the 2010 Norlux Year in Review video, talked about future career opportunities and spent time in our Class 10,000 clean room. They even had an opportunity to hand solder a component onto a PC board and have it run through our new reflow oven!
